Tips for Better Life for 2010

  1. Take a10-30 minutes walk every day. Andwhile you walk, smile. :wink:
  2.  Sit insilence for at least 10 minutes each day.
  3.  Sleep for 7 hours.
  4. Live with the 3 E's : Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy.
  5. Play more games.
  6. Read more books than you did in 2009.
  7. Drink plenty of water.
  8. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plantsand eat less food that is manufacture in plants.
  9. Eat breakfastlike a king,
  10. Lunch like a prince.
  11. And dinner like a beggar.
  12. Make time to practice meditation,and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel forour busy lives.
  13. Dream more while you are awake.
  14. Smile and laugh more.
  15. Try to make at least three people smile eachday.
  16. Don't waste your precious energy on gossip.
  17. Don't take yourself so seriously. No one else does.:dry:
  18. Forget issues of the past. Don't remind your
  19. partner with his/her
  20. mistakes of the past.
  21. This will ruin your
  22. present happiness.
  23. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn.
  24. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class, but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
  25. Don't compare your life to others'. You haveno idea what their journey is all about.
  26. Make peace with your past so it won't spoilthe present.
  27. Don't take yourself so seriously.
  28. Forgive everyone for everything.
